Job Type: Part-Time (24 Hours, 3 days per week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

Compensation: Hourly ($19 per hour)
Job Purpose
To assist and carry out regularly scheduled administrative activities on a part time basis, to
maintain processes for operations and accounts payable departments.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Perform regularly scheduled administrative tasks (weekly and monthly) for operations and accounts payable departments.
- Clerical duties including answering phones, maintaining sales records and filing.
- Assist with weekly and monthly reporting including data entry.
- Assist in preparing monthly and ad hoc invoicing for sales contracts and production.
- Process weekly utility billing including entering/closing invoices and scheduling payments.
- Process deposits and payments on an as-needed basis.
- Assist with processing sales contracts.
- Learn and regularly utilize accounts payable software. Training shall be provided.
- Provide support to President and Office Manager for recurring tasks and special projects.
- Attend meetings with other company departments as necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
